The Landlord Portal is a tool which provides landlords and property managers 24-hour access to important information about Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) participants and properties.
- To access Landlord Portal you must register for an account. Please select "Register" to start the process. You will need the applicable Tax ID's for your property(ies) and a valid, accessible email address to complete registration.

If you are an Applicant:
If you have applied for housing assistance with our agency, please visit www.affordablehousing.com to check your application status and make any necessary updates to your account.
If you have issues with your login information, please utilize the resources provided on www.affordablehousing.com.
Having Issues Logging In?
If you do not remember your log-in information, please use the "Forgot Password?" link to reset. You will be able to do this as long as you know and have access to the email address associated with the account. The email you receive will give you your username associated with your account and provide a link that will allow you rest your password.
